Join us for a morning of coffee, conversation, and a closer look at the fascinating world of shiitake mushrooms!
Learn how shiitakes are grown on oak logs, how thoughtful forest management can benefit both the land and wildlife, and how thinning the forest can provide much more than just firewood!
You'll want to hear from Philip of Zulip Farms in Weare and maybe get an inoculated log to go home to begin your own shiitake experience.
